If they work from home, it means that they can spend more time with the children for supporting their development. Nevertheless, it does not mean that people cannot find disadvantage from this option.

Slackness Trap

When people work in the office, of course there will be kind of pressure for start working at the working hour which is already decided. Many people who work from home maybe will not have certain time which can be used for starting work. At least, they will not have pressure for starting work according to the strict schedule in the office. That is why it is very easy to be trapped in slackness. The delay for starting work can be the most common disadvantage when people choose to work from home. Without self discipline, it must be difficult for maintaining the productivity.

Personal Chore Pressure

It will be super easy to find the mounted personal chores when they work from home. This condition is pretty hard to avoid after all. There can be a time when this condition makes people think that the task is pretty overwhelming. The task maybe can be simple. A few minutes maybe can be taken for completing the task. However, when people have the personal chores, it is possible that they will take much more time for completing this simple task.

No Competitive Spirit

Working from home means that people will work alone without any peer or colleague. That is why the main disadvantage which can be found when people work from home is the human interaction which is lacking. In this circumstance, it will be hard for building the competitive spirit which is useful for increasing the productivity because there is no peer and colleague. In many circumstances, people go to the office so they can get away from the stress which is experienced at home and otherwise. When people make their home as office, it means that there is no place for stress escape. It is the fact if people want to work from home.
