2. More convenience. Working at home means that you can choose the most comfortable room at your house to be your work office. You can decorate it as you want.
3. Balancing your family and your work. Working at home can give many opportunities for you to be attentive to your family members so the people you love will not feel neglected by you.
4. Less stress and pressure. Because you decorate your room to be you work office and you set your own working hours, it will make you handle less stress and pressure compare to more stress and pressure that you will get at office.

What are the disadvantages of working at home?

1. Lack of socialize with others. Since you will be busy working at home by yourself, you will have less communication with others compare to work in an office where you can meet and socialize with your boss and other staffs.
2. Easily distracted. If you don’t set clear boundary between family and work stuffs, you will bet your own professionalism.

Working from home is indeed very attempting. Despite the disadvantages, you will get more advantages by working at your home and setting up your working hours. You can use your internet connection to make your work easier and to connect with people.Working jobs from home are suitable for everyone especially for housewives who still have to finish their obligations at home.
